Sculptures

In the immersive world of 3D sculpting, I embarked on a captivating journey where artistic expression knew no bounds. Throughout my 3D sculpting class, I delved into the intricate process of creating sculptures using a diverse array of materials, from the timeless elegance of wood to the versatility of various other mediums. This hands-on experience allowed me to explore the intersection of tradition and innovation, as I translated my creative visions into tangible, three-dimensional artworks. With each project, I not only honed my technical skills but also discovered the profound satisfaction of giving life to my ideas through sculpture. From the tactile sensation of carving wood to the exploration of new materials, my 3D sculpting class was a voyage of artistic discovery and innovation, where imagination met craftsmanship in the most remarkable ways.

DOUBLE FACED

This captivating piece of art encapsulates the duality of human existence, where it explores the interplay between the positive and negative aspects of life. It vividly portrays the contrasting emotions of happiness and sadness that individuals experience. On one side, a vibrant array of colors symbolizes the brighter moments in a person’s life, reflecting joy and positivity. In stark contrast, the other side, rendered in deep black tones, represents the somber and melancholic phases we all inevitably encounter. Crafted from wooden boards ingeniously assembled in a zigzag pattern, this artwork offers a dynamic perspective. Depending on where one stands, either the dark or colorful side dominates the view, illustrating the ever-shifting balance between life’s highs and lows. This unique presentation invites viewers to contemplate the intricate relationship between our contrasting emotions and experiences.

BROKEN INNER ME

“Broken Inner Me,” this artwork serves as a poignant representation of the internal struggle triggered by one’s personal mistakes. Within the piece, the shattered glass and the fragments strewn about vividly depict the fractured nature of an individual’s inner self. In parallel, the mirror not only mirrors this state of brokenness but also metaphorically embodies self-reflection, prompting contemplation of past errors and underscoring the imperative for self-improvement and personal growth. To create this artwork, I carefully dismantled a wine glass, skillfully arranging its disassembled parts on the mirror’s surface. Inside the glass, I thoughtfully filled it with shattered coasters, meticulously bringing this symbolic representation to life.
